The issues surrounding the problems and opportunities of global warming are immense and complex. Cigam Tirips, The Universal Spirit Bear is studying this concern. Cigam is a little stressed about the effect that environmental issues may have on his own habitat. He has received many messages from his cousin the Polar Bear who is definitely in trouble. He is reviewing the merits of removing carbon dioxide from the atmosphere by both natural and manufactured CO 2 scrubbers (air capture). In addition there is reason to believe that it is not necessary to give up quality of life in order to manage the realities of global warming. These are challenging times and Cigam Tirips the Magic Spirit Bear is the icon of hope for all challenges. He believes, in the long-term, all will turn out for the best.
